What is Secure Messaging?
Secure Messaging allows you to communicate with us via a secure server when you require a non-urgent appointment scheduled, a routine prescription refilled, or a routine question answered. Please be sure to call with any immediate needs.
To begin communicating with us via Secure Messaging and to request an Online Consultation, you must have registered with our practice via iHealth. If you have not yet registered, click on the "New User" link in the Patient Login box on our site home page. Just click the link and then fill in the short list of required fields on the form that opens. Required fields are noted with an asterisk (*) next to the field name. When you have completed filling in all of the required fields, click the "Send Registration" button at the bottom of the page. You will need to have a valid email address so that we can let you know if you have a new message.
Once our office has reviewed your registration, you will receive a message welcoming you to iHealth with a link to my iHealth page. By clicking the link, logging into iHealth, and accepting the terms of service, you can then go to your Message Center and see what message types you can use to communicate with us.
Your messages are protected by Internet security encryption technology. If you have problems registering or logging in, please contact Medem toll-free @ 1-877-926-3336 or email them at info@medem.com.
